─── ABOUT BRIAN
PERFORMER. SPEAKER. PRESENCE COACH.
Helping women 40+ stop shrinking and step into their next chapter — grounded, regulated, and unmistakably present.
Let’s walk your next stage together.
Who I Am
I’m Brian Lorenz — performer, speaker, and Personal Power & Presence Coach for women 40+ who are ready to stop shrinking and step into their next chapter with grounded confidence.
For over two decades, I’ve commanded stages, reading rooms, managing energy under pressure, and learning what it truly takes to hold presence in any environment.
But here’s what I learned behind the spotlight:
Confidence isn’t performance.
It’s regulation.
When your nervous system feels safe, your voice strengthens.
When your body is steady, your presence expands.
When you feel grounded, you stop shrinking.
That realization led me deep into personal growth and nervous system work.
I trained extensively in breathwork, hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Timeline Therapy, and Emotional Freedom Technique — not just to coach others, but to understand myself.
Performance first taught me how to hold a room.
Personal development taught me how to hold myself.
And that changed everything.
─── CORE VALUES
WHAT DRIVES EVERYTHING
Helping women 40+ stop shrinking and step into their next chapter, grounded, regulated, and unmistakably present.
AUTHENTICITY
Every performance comes from a place of genuine passion and truth. Brian believes that real connection happens when artists are fully themselves.
EXCELLENCE
Three decades of refining craft means every detail matters. From vocal technique to event flow, excellence is the standard.
CONNECTION
The best events are not watched — they are felt. Brian designs every moment to create deep, lasting emotional connections.
IMPACT
Beyond entertainment, Brian creates experiences that transform. Every event should leave people better than they arrived.
─── THE PHILOSOPHY
LIFE IS A STAGE
Not because we're pretending — but because every chapter asks us to show up differently.
My role is to help you:
Calm the internal chaos
Reclaim your voice.
Step forward grounded and powerful.
Break self-sabotaging patterns.
Strengthen your presence.
Stand With Confidence.
YOU DON'T NEED TO BECOME SOMEONE NEW.
YOU NEED A NERVOUS SYSTEM THAT SUPPORTS WHO YOU ALREADY ARE.
─── THE APPROACH
THREE PILLARS OF PRESENCE
REGULATE
01
Breathwork and somatic tools that calm a reactive nervous system so safety becomes your baseline, not a fleeting state.
REWIRE
02
Hypnosis, NLP and Timeline Therapy to release the subconscious loops that have been quietly running your life for decades.
RECLAIM
02
Identity recalibration and presence training so you walk into any room as the version of you this chapter is calling for.
WHY THIS WORK MATTERS
Midlife changes everything.
Careers shift.
Relationships evolve.
Bodies change.
Identity gets questioned.
And many women who were once powerful begin to feel invisible, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are becoming.
THE WOMEN I WORK WITH ARE:
⮞ Redefining who they are
➤ Wanting to feel visible again.
⮞ Rebuilding after burnout, divorce, or identity shifts.
⮞ Starting businesses or stepping into leadership.
THEY DON’T LACK CAPABILITY.
THEY LACK INTERNAL SAFETY.
Anxiety, emotional patterns, and nervous system dysregulation keep pulling them back.
THROUGH NERVOUS-SYSTEM-BASED COACHING
integrating breathwork, subconscious rewiring, and identity recalibration — I help women regulate from within so they can confidently own their stage in life.
DON’T PERFORM CONFIDENCE.
Regulate your nervous system — and embody it.
My Turning Point
In 2017, I experienced what many would call a “midlife crisis.”
Externally, everything looked successful.
I was performing regularly in Sydney, living the dream I had worked so hard for.
But internally, I was at war.
There was a voice in my head — constant and critical.
“They’re not paying attention.”
“They don’t respect you.”
“They don’t care about your effort.”
I began to resent the very stage I had once fought to stand on.
For the first time, I seriously considered walking away — leaving Sydney, returning to the Philippines, pretending none of it had happened.
But there was another voice too.
Quieter. Steadier.
It said:
You belong here.
You have a part to play.
That internal battle wasn’t about the audience.
It was about regulation.
My nervous system was exhausted. Reactive. Dysregulated.
And until I addressed that, no amount of external success could make me feel steady inside.
I didn’t leave the stage.
I rebuilt myself.
Now when I step forward — whether on stage or in life — I do it regulated, grounded, and clear.
And that’s the work I guide others through.
