For more than two decades, I've had the privilege of performing on stages, hosting events and connecting with audiences across Australia. Those experiences taught me that true presence isn't about being perfect—it's about being authentic, grounded and genuinely connected with the people around you.
Today, I bring those same lessons into my coaching, helping women over 40 move beyond self-doubt, overwhelm and the habit of playing small so they can step confidently into the next chapter of their lives.
